Rodgers is vastly over rated. I think Martinez is decent and will get better. He doesn't seem to have the massive arrogance that Rodgers has.
I do like it very much when Liverpool lose. Hearing the excuse making (or not admitting the other team deserved it) really cheers me up.

A good mate of mine is a BAFTA winning movie director who's worked for Spielberg, Putnam etc.
I asked him what the secret of his success is and he said "I surround myself with the best that the budget can afford, explain what I'm after and let them get on with it".
I reckon football management is the same, i.e, a great deal of people could do a good job, given the chance. Look at Mourhino. Has no background in football.
